Its location just a pleasant stroll away from a friendly aquarium was marvellous and fantastic. The room I booked was perfect and immaculate with great views and a washer, for example as expected.

Great service, parking on site. Functional room, well-designed on a single bed. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Attentive staff all over the place. Location short walk to beach, shops, cafe and restaurants, and water front.

Position/Price spot on. Had a late check in and was greeted genuinely as it was not a problem. Host Greg is a professional. We were welcomed warmly and treated as guests should be. Normally I stay right on the beach but lack of availability forced us back on First Street. I will stay at the Seamark on First again for sure.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with ocean views of the sea and very obliging stuff. Great bedroom. The beds where exceptionally comfortable, and the location was marvellous and incredible. Heated pool, parking on-site. Late check-out. Memorable stay, as always.

it was in a very central setting really close to mooloolaba esplanade. i was offered a room with magnificent views of the sea. the staff there were helpful and knowledgeable.

Despite the minor inconveniences, my recent stay at Seamark On First was enjoyable. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Esplanade. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, providing all the basic amenities I needed. While the WiFi connection wasn't the best, it seems to be a common issue in the area. The icing on the cake was the friendly and accommodating staff, especially Lindsay and Shelley. I would recommend Seamark On First for a pleasant stay in a great location.

The hotel with tidy and fabulous rooms, in a great area, so close to everything including the beach. Very central location and incredibly beautiful and great venue itself.

The amenities provided were wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with complementary breakfast and wine. the location was right in the heart of the town, making it convenient to explore the local shops and cafes. the view from the balcony was stunning as we could see the sunset over the mountains.

The wifi was not working for the duration of our trip, which was inconvenient for us as we needed to work remotely. the weather was not on our side, and there were no indoor activities provided by the hotel.

People and service was excellent, warm and inviting.

Seamark was spacious and fully self contained. It had a great location. We were able to walk to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Seamark had a fitness centre - limited weights but really good treadmills. Value for money. Great security. Staff were very accommodating with late check in. Ample parking and we were able to stay parked there for the day after checkout.

The central location was convenient for exploring the city. It was easy to access cafes, restaurants, and shops from the hotel. The hotel's amenities were great, especially the comfortable beds. The room's view was incredible and it was nice to be able to glance out at the city from my window.

The hotel could definitely use some updating. The furnishings were outdated and a bit worn out.
